These terms govern access to the Automated Data Feed website and the professional engagements described on it. By using this site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, reviews, sessions, and checkups are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing (email is sufficient).

Intellectual property

Site content, including field notes and branding, belongs to Automated Data Feed. Written findings delivered under an engagement are licensed to the client for internal use. Redistribution of reports to third parties requires our prior written consent unless the engagement letter says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for resale. Metric access granted during an engagement must stay within the agreed systems.

Liability

Findings reflect the observation window and materials provided. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made solely on incomplete data you withheld, or for outages that occur outside the engagement scope. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts in Busan have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
