Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to professional engagements sold by Automated Data Feed: Throughput & Failure Assessments, Incident Pattern Reviews, Capacity Planning Sessions, and Quarterly Throughput Checkups. It does not cover software licenses or physical goods—we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether reserved calendar time can be reassigned.

Full refund

If you cancel in writing more than 10 business days before the agreed start date, and we have not begun paid preparation work, you receive a full refund of amounts paid.

Partial refund

Cancellations between 10 and 3 business days before start may receive a 50% refund of the deposit after a scheduling fee covering reserved analyst time. After the observation window or workshop has started, fees for work already performed are non-refundable; unused remaining balance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if we agree the engagement cannot continue.

Non-refundable items

• Completed written findings already delivered
• Workshop days already held
• Third-party facilities booked at your request (if any), once non-cancellable

Deposits

Deposits reserve the observation window. They become non-refundable inside the 3-business-day window before start, except where we cancel.

Rescheduling

One reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice is usually accepted without fee, subject to analyst availability. Later reschedules may incur a rescheduling charge disclosed before confirmation.

No-shows

If your counterparts miss a confirmed workshop without notice, that session is treated as delivered for billing purposes.

Work already started

Once analysis or observation has begun, refunds cover only unused future segments, not effort already spent reviewing your metrics and notes.

Process & timing

Email info@automateddatafeed.digital with the engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

If we cancel

If Automated Data Feed cancels for reasons other than your breach, you may choose a full refund or a new date at no extra fee.
