• Engagement materials you share (metrics exports, incident notes) during contracted work

Purposes

We use this data to answer inquiries, deliver assessments and reviews, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Korea.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement workpapers are retained for up to 5 years after project close, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage.

Your rights
